Quotes & Stock
- Valid 7 days; stock subject to availability until paid.
- Mockups are conceptual; minor variances may occur.
MOQs
- Golfers/T-shirts: 50 units.
- Gifting: 100 units.
- Headwear imports: 300–500 units.
Returns
- Unbranded: return within 7 days (unused, original packaging).
- Branded: non-returnable unless defective.
- Defects: report in 48 hrs; remedy via repair/replace/credit.

Lead Times
- Plain ex-stock: 2–4 days.
- Branded ex-stock: 7–14 days.
- Imports/custom: 4–8 weeks.
Payments
- New clients: 100% upfront.
- Approved corporates: 50% deposit, 50% before dispatch.
- Imports: 50% deposit, 50% pre-shipment.
Privacy & Force Majeure
- Data handled per POPIA.
- No liability for delays beyond our control (load-shedding, ports, strikes).
